Had the pleasure of taking some pics of an old school classmate from back in my elementary and junior high days.
Lynda, her husband and her three girls live out with a bunch of chickens and other critters in Valley Center.
Lynda is the self published auther of a book called “By the Grace of God…..My Road to Recovery” about her recovery from a head injury over 20 years ago.
You can learn more about her book by going to her website HERE.

As many of you may be aware, I have been working hard since January to get a restaurant open. We opened officially on April 8th. We got some REALLY good food and you should TOTALLY come check us out. We are located just North of 21st and Ridge in what used to be Victory Sports Grille.
As for JDB, well wedding season starts THIS WEEKEND with the Gore/Wiley wedding on Friday and the Freeman/Davis Wedding on Saturday…..I can’t wait.

Nicole and I had the pleasure of shooting Kate & Luke this last weekend.
They were lots of fun, and VERY good swing dancers.
Here are a few shots from their session.

Another album is in the works by Nicole.
Here are a few of the pages she has designed of Monica and Rufus getting ready for the big day.

Turned 37 today. It’s funny how the years go by faster and faster.
I cane believe that it has been 16 years since I was old enough to drink (legally).
19 years since I graduated high school.
Ah, to think back to being 18 and 21 again.
I am NOWHERE near where I thought I would be at this age, but I must say
I am pretty dang happy.
Not to mention, most of my shirts have snaps…..which is nice.
Happy Birthday to ME!!!

The Schuckman’s came to us from the DON’s DEALS thing we did a few months ago.
We went to Oak Park and dodged the muddy areas to snap off a few of these.

WOW! 2009. Seems like only yesterday it was 2008. How time flies.
For the new year, I resolve to try and post something on this blog (at least) three times a week.
